An elegant diamond antique necklace from circa 1915. The centre piece of this piece is a 1.10ct transition cut round diamond. It is surrounded by 38 diamonds totalling 0.80ct. This gives the piece a total diamond weight of 1.90ct. This beautiful piece is made from 14ct yellow and white gold. This design of a yellow gold base and a white metal front is a classic technique of making jewellery from this period. The piece appears to have been made in the German town of Leipzig. It comes with it's original fitted box. The chain measures 14" and has a beautiful original box catch fastener. All diamond weights are estimated.
