Brereton Jewellers are authorised dealers of all the jewellery we offer for sale, both on this website and in-store. Each jewellery item is hallmarked and supplied in a genuine Brereton Jewellers box so you can have complete confidence in what you buy from us.
If you'd like to change your mind after placing your order, please let us know as soon as possible. If we haven't yet dispatched it, you can cancel it by contacting us directly via email (preferred) or telephone. Please give us your full name and all of your order details.

For online shopping, we use an established secure debit and credit card payment service called Sagepay payments. We'll never hold your credit or debit card details at our office or on any of our computer systems. However, in the absence of any negligence on our part, we can't be held legally responsible for any loss you may experience if a third party gains unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering goods from the Brereton Jewellers site.
We operate a deferred payment policy. This means your card isn't charged until we're ready to ship your order. When your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping email with your tracking number and another email to say that your order has been completed. This means your card has been charged. Kindly don't send us your credit card number via email as we can't accept this method of payment for security reasons.
