The proportions of a diamond are the relative dimensions and angles of a diamond’s faceting and the relationships that exist between them.  The correct proportions will unlock the sparkle within a diamond.  Should the proportions be incorrect the diamond can appear dull and lifeless.  The proportions are also referred to as "Cut".
