This ring is set with an extremely rare 7.98ct cabochon cut sapphire mined in Burma (Myanmar). The stone has been tested and the results show there are no signs of the stone being heated to enhance its colour. This makes the stone an rare find. Burma sapphires are known for their velvet-like colour and this stone is a very good example of that colour. The ring is set in platinum and the sapphire is surrounded by approximately 4.62ct of white diamonds. The sapphire comes with an independent certificate stating the weight and origin and that it has not been heat treated.
